Orqis is a self-hosted platform that orchestrates AI coding agents on your own infrastructure. You are responsible for the machines you run it on, the model providers you connect, and the code your agents produce. Orqis does not execute your code or store your repositories.
Orqis requires you to supply your own model access (a Claude/ChatGPT subscription or API keys). Your use of those providers is governed by their terms. Orqis does not resell tokens and is not responsible for provider costs, rate limits, or availability.
Paid features are unlocked by a license. Billing is handled by Polar as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel anytime and your license simply stops renewing. Because Orqis is self-hosted, your data remains yours after cancellation.
Don't use Orqis to violate laws, infringe rights, or breach your model providers' terms. We may suspend licenses used abusively.
During beta, Orqis is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Dessa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software or your agents' actions.
